Delivery charges cover orders up to a maximum of 2kg for UK and 1kg for international. If your order exceeds this we will calculate your delivery charge and contact you before dispatch.

99% of all goods are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Items not in stock will be noted in the product description with an expected dispatch timeframe, eg; AWAITING STOCK - Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch.

RGB Zero will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days.

If an item is not in stock and we cannot dispatch within this timeframe you will be notified by email of expected stock arrival date.  You may then choose to accept the expected delivery date, select an alternative item or cancel your order for a full refund.

No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent

Please examine goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition.

If you are not happy with purchase you are welcome to return it to us within 28 days. Please email returns@meteorwebmarketing for a Returns Number and return instructions. We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
